Real Property
I am a highly experienced real property attorney, with an extensive background in “dirt law.” I understand and can assist with easements, equitable claims, title insurance claims, title and errors in legal descriptions affecting real property, to name a few areas.
Estate Planning/Probate
I have prepared multiple estate plans, including both Wills and Revocable Trusts.
II have probated a number of estates in the southern counties of Oregon, for clients located in and out of the state.
Family Law
I practice Family law, encompassing dissolution, custody issues and modifications. Attempting to make one of the most difficult times of your life a bit easier for you to resolve is my goal.
